SHYLOCK: A PARODY
What started off as a running joke soon became a passionate and intensive excerise of screenplay practise.
These three scripts act as a parody of the BBC series of Sherlock, with references to the show and previous interpretations of the novels, whilst paying homage to the original Adventures of Sherlock Holmes by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.
Having been my first attempt at a feature-length series, the abilities of the group willing to make the show were overestimated, and the project was soon dropped. I do, however, still hope to bring the screenplay to life someday, and so shoot principal photography whenever I find a suitable location (as seen above and on the page's thumbnail).
